05 — About
A small studio
that writes things down.
Replace with a photo of the coach
Replace this section with the coach's own story — it is the part people read most closely, and it is the part nobody can copy.
Say why you started coaching, what you got wrong early on, and who you are actually good at helping. Specific beats impressive: the client who could not get off the floor without a hand, the desk worker whose back stopped hurting in week seven. Those land harder than a list of certifications.
Keep it to three or four short paragraphs, written in the first person. If it reads like a brochure, cut it back until it reads like a person.

Measure before prescribing
Nothing is written until we know your movement, your baseline strength and your actual week. A plan built on assumptions is a plan built for somebody else.
Small enough to correct
Four people to a group, maximum. If nobody can see your third rep, nobody can fix it, and you are paying for supervision you are not getting.
The plan bends around your life
Travel, shift work, a newborn, a bad month. These are inputs to the plan, not reasons to drop out of it.
Say the unglamorous thing
Sleep and steps move the needle more than any exercise selection. We will keep saying it even though it does not sell.
What we will not tell you.
That there is a fixed number of weeks in which your body will change by a fixed amount. That you can skip sleep and make it up in the gym. That a supplement matters more than a habit.
We are coaches, not clinicians. If something you tell us at the consultation belongs with a doctor or a physiotherapist, we will say so and, where we can, point you to one.
