Privacy notice
Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore)
This is a starting template, not legal advice. It covers the ordinary case of an enquiry form and client photographs. Have it reviewed before you publish, and update it whenever you change what you collect or which tools you use.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we collect your name, mobile number, email address, the format you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message box. If you become a client we also record measurements, training data and — only with your separate written consent — photographs.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, and deliver coaching if you decide to go ahead. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the parties named below.
Consent
We ask you to tick a box before you submit the enquiry form. That tick is your consent under the PDPA. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing privacy@example.com. We will stop contacting you and, unless we are required to keep records, delete what we hold.
Photographs
Client photographs are never published on the strength of the enquiry form consent. We ask separately, in writing, after you have seen the exact images. That consent can be withdrawn at any time and the images come down.
Who else handles your data
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are processed by our form provider and delivered to our mailbox. Where a booking calendar is embedded, the scheduling provider handles the details you enter into it. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for the duration of coaching and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@example.com and we will respond within thirty days.
